Key Based Immobiliser

The system uses keys which have a unique integrated chip, which is only recognised by the programmed immobiliser receiver. The same technology which has been in cars for years.

How it works

The immobiliser works by isolating three separate circuits (must have three cuts to have P2 Thatcham accreditation). These circuits will remain broken until the transponder key, with its unique code is within range of the de-activation coil.

The de-activation coil is situated around the ignition block and will recognise the key within a typical range of 20-25cm. There is no need to replace the ignition block, keys will be cut to fit the existing ignition.

3 keys are provided with each system.

Each vehicle fitted with the Agri-watch system can recognise up to 9 separate keys. A single key can be programmed to work on an unlimited number of vehicles. Ideal if you have multiple vehicles of the same brand.
